The holidays - who doesn't love this time of year!

America is a wonderful place full of culture, where we celebrate all different sort of holidays all in the same country. We recognize that as a proud Mexican family here in the Chicagoland area, bringing our culture to you day in and day out!

Chicago... It's Cold!

Where did the summer go?

It seems Chicago skipped over the fall weather and jumped head first into full on winter weather. That's not fair! A little warning would have been nice.

The Pastor Taco - Easy Right?

Hi! Thanks for coming by our blog... Today, we are going to talk a little bit about the pastor taco.
Simple and easy right? Sure - just some meat, onions, cilantro.. Eat it, and carry on with your day?

Slow down there!

Maybe OTHER people's tacos are like that - but just take a look at this picture, taken with a humble cellphone:

I don't mind saying myself - those look mouth watering, and super tasty! Fresh, juicy, and made to order of course! Even the colors are inviting. Sure alot of restaurants say they have pastors, but why waste your money on dried up pork? Its supposed to be slightly sweet, smokey, soft, with a contrasting crunch from fresh onion. The tortillas have to be fried up on the grill to not only hold all the goodness, but ADD to the overall dish.

I guess we just take our craft and homemade cooking a little more seriously... We have the best pastor tacos and we want everyone to know it!

Come on by, order a few (or ten), you'll be happy you did!
